helpful staff special arrangement extraordinary attentiveness personal escort
the staff was helpful at every moment. they arranged a special watch party when i asked about a champions league game. they even walked to get stamps for postcards. i found their attentiveness extraordinary (especially when they personally escorted me to a massage).
the bathroom faucet was a bit loose, though it was completely functional. it was a minor inconvenience overall.

i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. they arranged a championship watch party when i inquired about it. i also liked the team personally escorting us to a massage they arranged. they even walked and got us stamps for postcards.

the website advertised services that were not available it encouraged guests to contact the place with inquiries but mine went unanswered in fact the manager does not speak english i wrote in french and had more luck so be warned

beautiful riad perfect location awesome breakfast attentive staff
i found the riad itself beautiful and very clean. the location is perfect with a short walk to the square and the souks (it's so central!). breakfast was fantastic with many options available. i especially appreciated the staff and their attentiveness to all guests needs.
the bathroom faucet in my room was a little loose, though still completely serviceable.

the staff helped with a champions league championship watch party when we asked about it they walked and got us stamps for postcards they escorted us to a massage they arranged for us i cannot say enough about the team's helpfulness. the location is perfect safe accessible and easy to find. i found the rooms spacious and spotlessly clean. the riad looks exactly like the photos i saw it is a real hidden gem.
the cleaner moved my laptop from my bag onto a shelf i found this odd it caused a panic at first i thought my laptop was stolen until i found it.

the breakfast each morning was lovely it included a variety of options i found the yogurt amazing i had breakfast served in my room one morning due to a mild knee injury following a hike.

the riad arranged transportation from the airport the staff helped arrange for someone to launder our clothes and facilitated drop off and pick up the clothes came back ready within 24 hours the pool area was pristine.

helpful staff mint tea unanswered enquiries beauty products
the staff were very helpful. They welcomed me with mint tea and cookies when i arrived. The breakfast each morning was wonderful with a variety of choices.
the cleaner moved my beauty products around from where they were left, this was a little unsettling. i also found that some of my enquiries went unanswered before arrival, which caused some concern.
